Weingut Schlossmühlenhof "Picobello PGGB" (NV)
From 15-35-year-old vines planted on 3.5 hectares of calcareous clay soils. Harvested at the end of September, macerated for 20 hours and then allowed to spontaneously ferment for eight weeks with temperature control in stainless steel (80%) and barrique (20%). Aged for seven months in stainless steel before bottling. Unfiltered.
