SHIPPING POLICY 

By placing an order on this site, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and have read, understand, and expressly agree with the terms and conditions below.

By arranging for transportation of your order, Wino(t) is providing a service and engaging a common carrier on you/the buyer's behalf. In utilizing this service from us, you recognize the responsibility for complying with local regulations or tax requirements rests solely with you, the buyer. The buyer hereby agrees to take sole responsibility for complying with all laws regarding importation of alcohol into your state.

Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from Wino(t) to the buyer in the State of New York, which is why New York sales tax is charged on your order.

The carrier (currently FedEx) will contact you the day your package is picked up with your tracking details, shipping date, and anticipated delivery date.

Shipping orders may take up to 48 hours from the time they are placed to be processed and ready for shipping. Please take this window into account, including for Express and Overnight shipping speeds and please remember that these delivery dates provided by FedEx are estimates, and do not account for unforeseen delays and lost or damaged packages. Please ensure your contact information is correct, so the carrier can communicate these to you clearly and timely. 


All packages must be accepted and signed by an adult at least 21 years of age.


You, the buyer, is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises. By placing an order on this site, you authorize Wino(t) to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you and recognize that Wino(t) is not liable for the condition of your package upon delivery. If your package is damaged in transit, we are happy to assist you in contacting FedEx for reimbursement; however, the responsibility for this reimbursement lies with the carrier and is subject to their policies.

We currently do not ship to the following states: AL, AR, CO, DE, GA, HI, IA, KS, KY, NC, MD, MS, MT, OK, PA, SD, UT, VT, WI. As statutory laws are constantly changing, please note that this list is updated frequently, and acceptance of an order does not guarantee that we will ultimately be able to coordinate the shipment of your package. We are not able to ship spirits anywhere outside of New York State. 

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered on the same day unless requested otherwise. Packages will be out for delivery between 3pm and 7pm.  Customers will receive notifications via text message when packages are on their way. Please have your phone handy for a call from couriers when they arrive at your location.  If you are not available to accept your delivery within the scheduled window, your package will be returned to the shop and held for pick up at your convenience.  If you'd like to reschedule drop off, delivery charges may apply.

NYC DELIVERY 

$15 flat rate charge for orders in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.

All orders over $190 qualify for free delivery. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

For our closest neighbors within .5 miles of the shop (purple zone on the map below), orders over $75 qualify for free delivery.  A $10 charge applies for orders below $75. 

Please remember an adult over the age of 21 must be present to receive and sign for all deliveries.
