Weingut Dreissigacker Riesling Trocken
Spicy aromas of apricot pit, white peaches, wild herbs (particularly tarragon) and mineral salts. In the mouth, sweet papaya fruit is cut clean by crisp mineral-driven acidity. There is a hallmark caraway seed note to this wine, which is evident in all of Jochen's wines. The finish is long, austere and yet lifted.
