Ungrafted Old Vines Muscat 2022

Grapes are sorted and de-stemmed and pressed into tank where the wine settles for 24 to 36 hours. The juice is then moved to neutral French oak where it ferments with wild yeast.

Post fermentation the wine age in barrel for 6 months with 50% allowed to finish malo.
