Uivo Pet Nat Branco Bruto 2022

Coming from younger vines planted by Tiago. A combination of Rabigato, Alvarinho, Moscatel Galego, Bical and Arinto, Pressed off the skins and fermented in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to bottle where it finishes fermenting.  Salty, mildly floral with crisp pear fruit.
