Stobi is the largest winery in the portfolio, as evidenced by the fact that they are the only winery that can afford to use stelvin closures. Stobi Winery was one of the largest bulk exporter of fine wines to the Soviet Union. Recently, they retooled their winery to be more focused on high-quality production. The largest competition to this brand is Tikveš which is imported by Verity Imports.
Every bottle of Stobi wine is adorned with a peacock, which is taken from a mosaic in the winery. This mosaic is in an ancient Roman Pannonian city, Stobi. The Stobi Winery was founded on the spot of this historic city.
