Passing Time Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Almost entirely Klipsun Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, this includes 3% Bacchus Vineyard Cabernet Franc. The aromas are effusive, with red and black raspberry, scorched earth, blackberry bramble, espresso, herb, green pepper and spice notes, revealing more on each swirl. The palate is suave and sophisticated, showing compelling texture and structure. The finish sails. Though delicious now, patience will be rewarded. Best 2025–2032, but it will have plenty of life beyond that. — Sean P. Sullivan
