'Lloritu' is from a small parcel of hybrid varieties: 50% Jaqué (a.k.a. Black Spanish) and 50% unknown white grapes, the vineyard not 50m from the Mediterranean. Destemmed, co-macerated w/ brief skin contact, wild ferment w/ aging on lees in stainless for 7mo.
