A playful, light-bodied co-ferment from the volcanic hills of the Auvergne, featuring Auxerrois, Sylvaner, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. Wild red fruit and cherry candy notes with floral hints of rose petals and citrus zest. Feather-light and acid-driven on the palate with a juicy, gulpable quality balanced by dusty minerality from the unique basaltic terroir. A raw, expressive wine that reflects No Control's punk-rock ethos.  Chill it down, knock it back with some cured meats and good company.
