60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay grown across the three seperate hillsides of Verzy Grand Cru. Chalk, silex and loam and calcareous clay over chalk.
50% "L'Atavique" 2019 and 50% "L'Atavique" 2014...2018; Indigenous yeast fermentation, 100% malolactic fermentation. A true solera of the cuvee l’Atavique, started in 2014. All wines for the Solera are held in used Cadus barrels until bottling. 42 months sur lattes, zero dosage. Production 8,423 bottles.
