Monte del Fra Bardolino Chiaretto 2023

It would only take Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, traditional white wine vinification, and 24 hours on the skins to make an excellent Chiaretto. Monte del Frà, though, strives for more, creating a highly crisp wine perfect for aperitives, with pizza, fish, or Asian food. Excellent for summer aperitif with friends. It goes well with fish, white meat, pizza and Italian appetizers such as ham and melon or caprese.
