Marie Courtin "Concordance" Extra Brut [sans soufre] 2019
- Hand harvested, biodynamicaly farmed 40+ year old Pinot Noir from a single-vineyard located in Polisot (Côte des Bars). The clay and Kimmerdigian limestone bands found here are very similar to those found in Chablis. In fact, the Cotes des Bar is closer in proximity to Chablis than to Epernay. The wine ferments spontaneously and ages 36 to 48 months sur lattes; Dosage 0 g/L; no sulfur added; Disgorgement April 2025 is a tiny 3,800 bottles. Powerful, complex and unforgettable.
