Mainova Tinto 2021

Bárbara Monteiro and the Mainova team are bottling some of the most vibrant and delicious wines from the Alentejo region in Portugal. Vines are planted on shale and granitic soils, harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously. This "tinto" rests in old french oak barrels for eight months.  Round and and snappy cherry fruit with a minty fresh touch.  The perfect bottle to pop for an early evening alfresco dinner.
