Mahara Viticultores Aguja Colipinta Pet Nat
This zippy and salty Pet Nat hails from Sanlúcar's maritime Miraflores pago, and shows the strong influence of the calcareous "albariza" soils. The Palomino grapes for this wine are fermented in 1500L tanks and bottled right before fermentation completes. The wine then rests for 18 months on the lees before release. A refreshing and edgy aperitif, with gentle effervescence and pronounced salinity.
