La Gritona Reposado Tequila (50ml)

Base Ingredients : 100% Blue Weber agave from the Highlands of Jalisco. 
Processing : The agave are roasted in a traditional horno for 24 hours, then allowed to rest for another 24 hours, then crushed using a rollermill.
Fermentation : Open air fermented without temperature control.
Maturation : 8 months.
