Heart and Hands Pinot Noir 2021

Crafted from grapes grown on 4 Finger Lakes vineyards, with 40% of the fruit from our own limestone-rich Estate Vineyard. Elegant notes of strawberries, currants and chalk on the nose, followed by dark cherries and cocoa on the palate, and a long, satisfying finish with medium tannins.

50% whole cluster fermentation, aged 1 year in Francois Frères French Oak, 20% new.
