Garcia Perez Rosado Ancestral
A petnat made from 100% Moravia Agria, organically grown on sandy-clay soils covered in limestone at an elevation of 850m. Vineyards are 40 year old bush vines, located in Manchuela and grapes are hand-harvested in early September to preserve freshness. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in small 1,000L plastic vats with manual punchdowns up to 3 times per day until natural settling occurs. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero SO2.
