From The Tank Vin Rose Box 3L

Varieties: Grenache, Syrah.

Vinification: This rosé was racked by bleeding, this is done by opening the base of the vat while the wine is still light in color. The wine was made by incorporating traditional vinification without clusters, and aged in concrete vat with minimum sulfur.
