The ‘Diadème de la Coume’ is 90% Grenache noir, 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Syrah. Hand-harvested from old gobelet vines, vinification is traditional: the grapes are trodden by foot and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tank. Aged in cask for 13 months prior to bottling, it is simultaneously more concentrated and more refined that the Rimage normale.
