Domaine de l'Ecu "Love & Grapes Nobis" Syrah 2023

25-30 year old Syrah vines from two hectares planted near the villages of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. The fruit is destemmed and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, where the wine rests of prior to bottling.  Its a vibrant, pure and fragrant expression of syrah, with lipsmacking dark plum fruit and a herby edge that keeps it savory.  Perfect with a light chill and a charcuterie plate.
