Vineyard
From a vineyard planted on sandy loam and clay soft soils at 320m, near the Pacific Ocean.

Vinification Method
The grapes were harvested by hand at the end of August, then deposited in sealed stainless-steel tanks for carbonic maceration with no temperature control for 25 days, then pressed with a vertical press into stainless-steel to rest before bottling without added SO2.
