Chateau La Grolet Côtes de Bourg 2023 is an organic and biodynamic Bordeaux blend from the Northern right bank, crafted from 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Malbec. Grown on gravelly soils with 55-year-old vines and certified since 2000, this wine ferments with native yeasts and ages one year in concrete before bottling. Expect a fleshy, complex palate with black fruit aromas that evolve toward tobacco and cocoa notes with time. Minimal intervention winemaking with just 50mg/L total SO2 delivers authentic character in every glass.
