Brutal Ancestral from the Bodega Cueva winery is a refermented wine vinified with certified organic Moscatel and Macabeu grapes, harvested by hand, macerated on the skins in stainless steel tanks for a few days followed by spontaneous fermentation, refermentation in the bottle with the ancestral method without undergoing filtration and zero added sulfites.
