Barranco Oscuro "La Familia" Tinto 2020

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc from organically grown vineyards at 1,300m altitude over slate and stony soils. All grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, with short maceration for 4-5 days in tank followed by aging in barrels for 1 year with the lees. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Production under 2,000 bottles.
