A partnership between winemakers Arnaud Combier, Francois de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles (Savigny), and Jeff Carrel, the estate delivers exceptional wines from vineyards in and around Beaujolais. Vents Contraires is a natural skin contact wine with golden reflections and a lively palate. The Sorelli grapes are de-stemmed and fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks. Gently punched down and macerated for 15 days on
the skins.
