Tasting Notes
Of citrine color and brilliant clarity to the eye, this traditional method Blanc de Noirs offers both richness and liveliness. Autolytic notes of blanched almond and brioche on the nose are accompanied by lemon zest on a creamy and layered palate, revealing both luxurious texture with a zesty acidity. Our Blanc de Noirs is an expression of single variety, single vineyard, and single vintage, honoring the individuality of the historic Atavus Vineyard. This wine is vinous in character, in which the bubbles preserve the expression of this special terroir.

Harvested September 13th, 2018. 100% Pinot Noir and a true méthode champenoise, this sparkling was aged sur lie for 51 months. Disgorged July 18, 2023. 186 cases produced.
