The hand-picked grapes ferment in large tanks, with 70% of the wine aged for 5 months on its fine lees in stainless steel, while the remaining 30% spends the same time maturing in used 228-liter French oak barrels.

Bright aromas of citrus and white flowers, complemented by subtle hints of mineral and herbal notes from the unique terroir.
