A Los Vinateros Bravos Granitico Cinsault 2022

Leonardo Erazo is one of the leading voices in the revival of wine culture in the Itata region (south of Chile). Finding 100 year old plants is common here, with volcanic and granitic soils providing an extraordinary environment for root growth and distinctive wines. Leonardo showcases these different terroirs through simple techniques, using only native yeast and cement tanks for fermentation and aging. This is a light and pure expression of Cinsault, with snappy, peppered red currant, clove, and a savory herbaceous note.
