Xoriguer Mahón Gin (1L)
One of 3 designated EU appellations for Gin (Plymouth and Vilniaus džinas are the others), this style of gin has been produced on the Isle of Menorca since the 18th Centrury. Xoriguer was established in the early 20th Century and remains family-owned to this day.
A neutral spirit made from grapes is the base spirit and the gin is vapor infused with juniper berries in a wood-fired pot still. The gin is bottled at 41% abv and no additives, colorings, or sweeteners are added.
