Maître de Chai Red Table Wine
Grenache, Barbera, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon
Earthy and moderately tannic red made by a fantastic natural winery based in Napa. A blend of Grenache Noir and Barbera with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. The fruit is sourced from the Clement Hills region of Lodi, A wine that really takes advantage of the diversity of plantings and wonderful terroir to be had in the state of California. Made in a rustic, non-inventionist manner with all native yeasts for the ferment, no filtering or fining and only addition being a miniscule degree of sulfites.
