About the wine:

From one of the oldest Txakoli estates in the Basque region, founded in 1925 in the Gipuzkoan municipality of Zarautz, on the slopes above the beach. This gives the vineyards the ability of soaking up all the cool breezy, salty sea air all day. 100% Hondarribi Zuri, hand harvested, and fermented in stainless steel tanks, for only a few short months. Bottled unfined, slightly filtered, with low SO2 (~45ppm) and only 11.5% ABV. Classic Basque Txakoli with that slight fizz we all love.
