Éléonore du Château Teynac, named after the owners' daughter, is the second wine of Château Teynac. It pays homage to the family transmission by betting on youth and freshness.
It is a wine imbued with sweetness and elegance. Its moderate aging in quality barrels allows it to be very accessible and to be enjoyed easily from its youth.
Deep wine in color, dark brick robe. The nose presents a richness and a great intensity of aromas: red fruits, with a hint of vanilla. Beautiful persistence in the mouth with notes of ripe fruit with round and silky tannins. Nice body, full-bodied, typed with character. A wine full of elegance and finesse.
Leg of lamb, Squab with porcini mushrooms, Fillet of beef, leg of leg, Grilled duck strips, etc.
