Karl Haidle Trollinger "Alte Reben" 2021
This 30-50 year-old vine trollinger is spontaneously fermented on the mash after a short, cold maceration. After three weeks, the wine finishes fermenting in both neutral barrique and old German stückfass (1200L oak). The wine then matures on the lees six months prior to bottling. Enjoy with a slight chill.
