Jauma "Disco Special" Syrah Grenache 2021

Disco Special is an all-purpose party drinker, full of tart black plum, crunchy blue fruit and salty black olives with glittery acidity – and none of the dense, syrupy fruit.

Jauma produces hand crafted wines is South Australia. Owned and managed by Denise and James Erskine. The Erskines live and work in the Adelaide Hills with their children Danby and Audrey. James is honours graduate in soil chemistry and a certified sommelier. Denise trained and worked as a nurse and now specializes in Cranial sacral therapy.
