Bresca Dorada Mirto di Sardegna
The Sardinian myrtle berries are hand-harvested in December, then infused into neutral grain spirit for several months. Wild honey and sugar syrup are added to the ‘fiore’ (flower), then the solution is brought down to 30% ABV. Spicy and sweet, with earthy herbal notes. Enjoy after dinner as a digestivo, or as a unique addition to cocktails — plays very well with bourbon or gin.
